Google Remote Desktop Support

An alternative for quick support sessions, leveraging your Google account.

  • Google Remote Desktop Host Client: Download Host (Install on your PC).
  • Google Remote Desktop Web Client: Access Web-Host (Run from your Chrome browser).
  • To use Google Remote Desktop Support, ensure you're logged into your Google account or Gmail. This enables the Remote Desktop Support function via Chrome on your device. Rest assured, this access doesn't give us free access to your mail or personal information; it's solely for enabling remote desktop support. Click the link [+ Generate Code] and provide our support technician with the access code. Note: the code will only be valid to start a session for 5 minutes.
